The Panasonic AG-CA300G is a high-performance camera adapter engineered for seamless integration into a full studio configuration. As part of Panasonics professional Camera Studio System, the AG-CA300G enables robust connectivity, extended camera control, and reliable power distributionideal for broadcast, studio, and live production environments.

Streamlined Design with Exceptional Versatility

Designed to mount directly onto the back of compatible Panasonic cameras, the AG-CA300G offers a lightweight, compact form factor that enhances mobility, particularly for shoulder-mounted operation. Its two short interconnect cables ensure a quick and secure connection between the camera and adapter, minimising setup time and clutter. With the addition of an optional battery plate, the AG-CA300G supports a wide range of professional batteries including Anton Bauer, IDX*, and others. This flexibility allows for local power supply in situations where AC connectivity is unavailable.

High-Quality Signal Transmission

The AG-CA300G ensures stable digital signal transmission over long distances without any loss in image quality. Using two standard BNC cables, it supports HD digital image transmission along with:

• Return video signals
• Tally signals
• Microphone audio signals
• Genlock synchronisation

The system supports cable runs of up to 100 metres (328 feet), making it ideal for studio and OB (outside broadcast) productions.

Remote Camera Control Compatibility

When connected with the AG-EC4G Extension Control Unit or the AJ-RC10G Remote Control Unit*, operators can remotely manage a range of camera functions. This makes the system suitable for multi-camera environments where centralised control is essential.

Power Supply & Output Capabilities

The AG-CA300G, when used in conjunction with the AG-BS300 Base Station, can supply up to 70W of power to the connected camera-recorder*. It also supports powering peripheral devices such as compact monitors and servo zoom lenses. The AG-BS300 Base Station supports both AC (100240V) and DC (12V) inputs, offering flexibility for various production setups. It features two HD/SD SDI outputs and a composite video output for multiple monitoring options.
