Nikon Super Coolscan 4000

Description

The Nikon Super Coolscan 4000 is a high quality film scanner for 35mm film. Unlike a flatbed scanner, a Coolscan scans the film directly- not through glass- for maximumdetail. Scan resolution is up to 4000dpi. Important note: this scanner connects via Firewire, not USB. You will need a computer with a Firewire connector to make this scanner work.Fully tested, this scanner includes the SA-21 slide adapter, Firewirecable, and power cord. Nikon does have software available for this scanner, but compatibility is spotty with newer OS versions; we recommend Vuescan or Silverfast software (not included).
