Notable paint and finish wear on this Nikon 400mm f2.8 AI-S Nikkor lens, but optics are clean and function is excellent. And as you might expect, image quality is pretty exceptional. This is an AI-S lens, so it’s manual focus and- as you may have guessed- there’s no image stabilizer.Don’t skip arm day: this thingweighs 5.7 kilos (that’s 12lbs, y’all). Looks bad, works good. Includes gel filter holder insert, but no UV filter insert. Please note that this is a manual focus lens.
