Description
The Vivitar DVR 920HDshoots 8mp stills and 720P video, runs on 4 AAA batteries, and claims to have “night vision” capability. Listen, this camera is…. it’s not good. The interface looks like what happens when your video card crashes, it can’t even play its own power-on jingle without skipping, and for what it’s worth the “HD” sticker might as well stand for “hot dog.” This is the kind of camera that you buy from a third-party seller on the walmart websiteafter searching for “camcorder” and clicking on the first sponsored link. It’s the kind where everygoogle search for the model number is filled with spyware sites and the only ebay result is this.
But guess what, it’s 5 bucks and maybe you know someone who could get some use out of it, because it’s sure not gonna be of any use in the landfill. Strap it to an RC car, give it to your least favourite kid, I don’t care. I’ll even throw in a 1GB SD card to make it worth your while.
