The Epson Expression 1680 is an “old school” flatbed scanner, which means it’s big and weighs a ton. But it’s well built, and accepts transparencies up to 8×10″. Not bad! Resolution is 1600dpi, which may be limitingfor 35mm but willdo a good job on medium and large format. You can also use it as a standard reflective scanner for drawings, prints, and more. It connects via standard USB or SCSI, believe it or not. Includes a set of holders for 35mm negative and slide, medium format (up to 6×12) and 4×5. Includes power and USB cables.SOFTWARE IS NOT INCLUDED.
