TheSteinheil Mnchen Orthostigmat 35mm f4.5 is an uncommon wide angle lens for Leica thread mount cameras. Made inGermany’s “US Zone,” which means sometime between 1945 and 1949. Glass is clean, with light dust; focusing is nice and smooth. Cosmetic condition is good, with some surface wear. Includes a matching viewfinder in similar condition, with more notable brassing wear on the base of the cold shoe. It’s from the US Zone, too! A rare set in pretty solid shape; worth noting that this lens does not include its original Steinheil front or back caps.
