Description

The Nikon 28mm f2 Nikkor-N.C Auto is a fast wide angle lens for the Nikon F mount. This is a pre-AI lens that has been converted to AI with an official Nikon replacement aperture ring, so it’s usable on nearly any Nikon body (though metering function will vary based on the camera). Cosmetic condition is decent, with relatively handsome paint wear and a shallow dent in the filter ring. Focus action is relatively smooth, diaphragm is snappy. There issome dust in the optics. Will this affect imaging? Well, possibly under some conditions- but this is a super-fast wide angle lens from more than 50 years ago, so it’s going to be a bit glowy wide open anyway, so it might not make a noticeable difference. Nevertheless, it’s dusty, so govern yourself accordingly.
