Description
About as basic a thing as could be called a panorama head, this Manfrotto 627 is a non-tilting, non-rotating block with a thumbscrew and an engraved scale around its platform. Basically, the idea is that you mount your camera or head, take a picture, then unscrew and rotate your camera an appropriate number of degrees before tightening it back down and taking another picture. It is not the most sophisticated thing, but it’s well made, the markings are clear, and it’s in excellent condition. 3/8″ thread in the base, combination 1/4″ & 3/8″ thread up top.
