Description
The Holga Digital looks like a full-scale Holga in this picture, but it’s much smaller: less than 10cm across by 8cm high. So if you’re expecting a digital medium format camera, this is not it. It goes without saying that the sensor is tiny, and the image quality is… well, let’s just say that an image is created when the camera is fired. Like all tiny assorted-brand digital cameras, the Digital Holga will perform best in good lighting, though it does have a proper ISO hot shoe, a rarity even for “real” compact digital cameras. There’s also a colour/B&W selector switch, a sunny/cloudy switch, and a format selector to shoot in square or rectangular format. This is not a good camera- arguably, not even as good as a regular Holga- but as a goofy, shootable scale model homage to the real thing, it’s a success. And it includes an unusually nice leather strap, to boot.
