easy35 126 Holder

Description

The easy35 126 holder allows you to scan 126 film that is 35mm wide and has a frame size of 26.5×26.5mm or less. The holder has an asymmetrical design, showing more of one side of the frame than the other, in the same way the 126 frame is offset on the film. The holders fits into the easy35 system just like any other compatible holder – by sliding out the existing holder and sliding in this new holder.

The gate dimensions are approximately: Length 32mm Width 32mm allowing you to see the whole frame and the some of the rebate area around.

In use

VALOI easy35 holders work by passing the film through a thin slit passing through the whole holder and out on the other side. This way, you can conveniently push or pull the film through all the way, saving you time and effort compared to a traditional clam shell holder.

All VALOI holders employ a double-S curve design, where the slit that the film is passed through curves before and after the scanning gate. By bending the film slightly in one direction on both sides of the film, greater flatness is achieved than would be possible with a straight slit.

Compatibility

It is compatible with all easy35 units. The holder is conveniently replaced by releasing a single screw screw and pushing the original holder out, and the new one in.
