TheRolleicord with serial number 681458 is a Rolleicord II (Model 4), produced by Franke & Heidecke around 19491950 in Germany. This twin-lens reflex (TLR) camera shoots 66 cm images on 120 roll film and is known for its compact design, mechanical simplicity, and excellent image quality. It features a Zeiss Triotar lens, and like other Rolleicord models, it was designed as a more affordable alternative to the Rolleiflex, while retaining much of its optical excellence.
