Cambo Wide 470 with 47mm f5.6 Super-Angulon

Description

The Cambo Wide 470 is a special-purpose 4×5 camera with an ultrawide Schneider-Kreuznach Super-Angulon 47mm (!!) f5.6 lens. That’s the equivalent of a 14mm lens on a full-frame 35mm camera, which is absolutely wild for a 4×5. Focus is by helicoid, using either the focus scale or the groundglass. There’s even 24mm of shift on the lensboard, which this lens won’t cover on 4×5, but would work great with a 6×9 rollfilm back (not included.) This camera has some light paint wear, mostly on the spring back, and the two top-mounted bubble levels are dry. A really unique camera in excellent condition, with clean optics and good shutter speeds.
