Canon 814XL-S

Description

The Canon 814XL-S is a sophisticated Super 8 movie camera with a 7-56mm f1.4 Macro lens, manual or automatic exposure, interval timers, single-frame shooting, two-speed power zoom, and multiple frame rates (including a button-activated slow motion mode.) You’ve also got a bunch of audio features here, but Sound Super 8 doesn’t exist any more, so we’ll spare you the details. Cosmetic condition is excellent, though worth noting: the “Canon” logo over the lens is not present- you can see that in the photo- and the rear cheek bumper no longer has its padding. Neither has any functional effects, but worth noting nevertheless. Function is good. Includes microphone (again, not terribly useful) and original box.

Please note: this is a film camera, not a video camera. It shoots Super 8 film, which must be processed before viewing. You can’t plug this into your TV.
