Description
Canon EF 35mm SLR Film Camera
Lens Mount: Canon FD
Condition: Used Good Condition
The Canon EF, serial number 340013, is a 35mm film SLR camera produced between 1973 and 1978. Nicknamed the “Black Beauty,” the Canon EF was positioned just below the professional F-1 and is notable for combining a mechanical shutter with electronic timing for longer exposuresa unique feature at the time.
Unlike the modern “Canon EF” lens mount (introduced in 1987), this camera uses the Canon FD lens mount (compatible with FD and FL lenses). It is robustly built and offers both manual and shutter-priority auto exposure, making it a versatile camera for both beginners and experienced film photographers.
