Godox QT400IIIM Flash Head: Speed and Precision

Purpose-built for speed, the QT400IIIM flash head from Godox is a 5600K daylight-balanced flash source combined with superior tech features. It boasts a fast recharge time of 0.01-0.9 seconds, and a minimum flash duration of just 1/26,100th of a second. Variable power options, from 1/256 to full power, ensure flexibility for diverse lighting needs. The output of the 40W LED modeling light can also be adjusted. These settings can be viewed and adjusted on the LCD screen on the back of the unit.

The head operates in various modes tailored to different shooting situations. The Stable Color Temperature mode ensures accurate color rendition, while the High-Speed mode prioritizes ultra-sharp action shots. Sporting intriguing creative features, the QT400IIIM supports High-Speed Sync, allowing shutter speeds as fast as 1/8000 of a second.

• Built-in 2.4 GHz 32-channel wireless X-technology is integrated into the QT400IIIM, enabling remote control of HSS, modeling light modes, and more, up to a distance of 50 meters when paired with an optional X1, X2, or XPro transmitter.

• S1/S2 slave-triggering facilitates syncing with cameras using pre-flash technology.

• A Bowens accessory mount lets the QT400IIIM work with Godox modifiers and those from many manufacturers employing this system.

With an impressive range of 100 meters and a choice of 16 channels, users can synchronize at speeds of up to 1/250 of a second. Power adjustment options enable experimentation with speedlights or studio flashes. It operates on two easily obtained AA batteries, further enhancing its practicality.
