Description
The Minolta Maxxum 7000 isn’t just the first Maxxum, it’s the first mass-market autofocus SLR. What this means for you is that it looks very cool, with a lot of 1980s-electronics-style buttons and switches; it also means that the autofocus is pretty slow by modern standards, so don’t expect miracles. This camera is in good cosmetic condition overall, with only minor wear, except on the rubberized grip which has (as they do) whitened and stiffened: there’s a little sliver missing on the grip, visible in the image, and some surface wear on the grip surface. Shutter speeds and metering are good. Requires Minolta AF lenses (not included.)
