Nikon’s only macro zoom lens is the uncommon 70-180mm f4.5-5.6 Micro Nikkor, which is this lens right here. It provides magnification from 1:3.2 (at 70mm) to 1:1.32 (at 180mm) and does a perfectly fine job as a general-purpose telephoto lens, too. A pleasure to use, and like all Micro-Nikkors, the image quality is excellent. Light internal dust, smooth focusing, clean diaphragm.
