Nikon F2AS with 55mm f1.2 Nikkor-S Auto

Description

The F2 was Nikon’s second (and last) fully mechanical professional 35mm SLR. Notable features include a 1/2000 top speed, interchangeable finders and focusing screens, full-time mirror lockup, and timed long exposures out to an impressive ten seconds. This F2 is equipped with a DP-12 prism, using the more convenient AI linkage and able to handle Pre-AI lenses with stopdown metering. Good shutter speeds and metering, new light seals. The lens (a “factory” AI conversion) is clean, with minor internal dust and light cosmetic wear- and, notably, a light dent in the AI ring which does not affect its function.
