Nikon Nikonos III with 35mm f2.5

The Nikon Nikonos III is the last of the Calypso-bodied Nikonos line,with several improvements in function- most notably an improved bright-frame viewfinder with framelines for the 80mm lens. It retains the grippy diamond-textured rubber coating and fingertip shutter/frame advance mechanism. Nikonos cameras were rated for submersion to 50m, but these cameras are 40 years old and we can’t guarantee that they’ll live up to that rating. Nevertheless, these are extremely durable cameras that are ideal for use in harsh environments, and they make fantastic all-weather cameras for rainy days or camping. This Nikonos III is in very goodcondition overall, with no corrosion, some paint scuffs and finish wear from normal use and handling. Good shutter speeds, clear viewfinder.
