SmallRig 3382: An Exceptional Battery Grip Facilitative Cage for BMPCC 6K Pro
The SmallRig 3382 Battery Grip Compatible Cage is intuitively designed implying strict compatibility with the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro sporting a battery grip. This unique cage is safely anchored to the camera using a 1/4”-20 screw at the top and two 1/4”-20 screws at the base. The interior portion of the cage comes fitted with cushioning pads to eschew any possible scratch damage to your camera. The cage’s prudent design ensures unhindered access to all connections, card slots, and battery compartments even when the camera is mounted with the battery grip.
In a concerted effort to enable connection of diverse accessories, the cage comes with numerous port options, including but not limited to, a series of 1/4”-20, 3/8”-16, and Arri 3/8”-16 threading holes, a cold shoe, and a NATO rail. Additionally, it offers an option to attach a carrying strap to the cage for greater convenience. The cage’s compatibility extends to the 3276 follow focus rod clamp and the 1943 dual rod clamp, making it incredibly versatile. An added luxury is the cleverly included screwdriver built into the base of the cage.
