Reduce the exposure of your image without touching the iris, ISO, or shutter speed by using the95mm Variable ND Filter for Mirage Matte BoxfromTilta. It slides into the Mirage, or it can be clamped directly onto a 95mm lens with the Lightweight Filter Clamp-On Adapter (available separately).

The Variable ND reduces the exposure by 1 to 9 stops, enabling you to keep the iris wide open for a shallow depth of field, abide by the 180 rule regarding shutter speed, and optimize your ISO to boost dynamic range. Rotate the VND, either by hand or via an optional wireless motor, to find the density that blocks the maximum amount of extraneous light, freeing the other elements of the camera to pursue a specific artistic effect.
