Description
The Welta Perfekta is unlike almost any other camera we’ve seen: it’s a folding camera, and it’s also a TLR, and while neither of those things is unusual on its own, the combination sure is weird. It deploys with a button press, thwacking open with a fierce spring action. Functional condition is acceptable, though take note: speeds are good from 1/25s and up only (lower speeds stick open) and focus/diaphragm operation is stiff. Also, this camera uses 620 rollfilm, which means you’ll be respooling 120 or choosing from a small selection of pre-packaged 620 custom rolls.Cosmetic condition is pretty good, with some wear from use and a few spots of corrosion which doesn’t affect function. A rare creature in pretty decent shape. Includes case.
