Zeiss Ikon Ikonta 524/16

Description

The Zeiss Ikon Ikonta 524/16 is a folding medium format camera that shoots 6x6cm images on 120 rollfilm. The lens is a clean 75mm f3.5 Novar Anastigmat, and there’s a built-in uncoupled rangefinder for focusing. Cosmetic condition is excellent, with only minor wear; bellows are light-tightand shutter speeds are good from 1/25s and up (lower speeds are a bit sticky). The uncoupled rangefinder is accurate, but remember: uncoupled means that you determine focus distance and then set it on the lens, so there’s an extra step there that may be unfamiliar if you’re used to coupled rangefinders.
